From Jesse Huynh '09

Hello, Ben Gibbard.

My name is Jesse Huynh from Rosemead High School’s Associated Student Body, President of the Rosemead Class of 2009. I would like to start by telling you how much I admire your musical talents. My IPod, in fact, has not only this year’s prom theme on it (Such Great Heights), but many of your other songs as well. The song is an inspiration to many of the students here in Rosemead High School, and it is quite obvious why one would pick the theme to be named after such a song. As an officer for the Class of 2009, I understand the struggles, pains, and hard work each and every student that has worked on Prom has gone through. Sadly, obstacles grow greater each and every year, and expectations are raised as well. Prom is recognized as the greatest event for juniors, seniors, and a few lucky underclassmens. Each year, the Student Body strives to make Prom the most memorable event in the student’s lives, and this year, we’re striving to make it the best. I, as well as every student in Rosemead High School, would feel great appreciation if you would attend Rosemead High School’s 2007 Prom. The fact that you would attend would inspire many that though we may have little, we all have the ability to do great things. We wish you would come to this year’s prom.
